You can download any song on newgrounds as long as you don't violate the License Agreement (Using it commercially without specific arangments etc.)
Don't ask to download it. Just do. It makes you sound like a noob.
Another thing, when you say "oh yeah maker" it also makes you sound like a noob, and it makes other Newgrounders think you are too lazy to look under the title on the left and under author to see who the "Maker" is.
THAT GOES FOR EVERYONE. I'm tired of this thing happening, not to mention slightly pissed off.
